It's really important to us that researchers and program maintainers treat each other with respect. Please, try to be excessively kind while communicating.

This goes both ways—if you feel someone is being unprofessional or isn't handling a report well, let us know. We’ll review the communication and step in to help.

If you’ve followed up on a report, but haven't received a response, please reach out to us at team@federacy.com. We expect all programs on Federacy to respond to reports within 72 hours.
